These Terms and Conditions apply to the mobile applications in the Guardia Mobile Suite (AI Guardian, Asia Recipe Book, Kerala Life, Vietnam Life, Thailand Life, Malaysia Life, Guardia Chat, and Guardia Translator), their websites, and associated backend services. By using our applications, you agree to these terms.

App Suite Scope & Costs

All mobile applications within the Guardia Mobile Suite are consumer-facing and free to consume. Some services may include optional beta tiers, local configurations, or custom settings, but the core features are provided at no financial cost to the user.

Critical Disclaimers & AI Limitations

Our applications leverage automated machine learning models, local device algorithms, and third-party AI APIs. By using our services, you understand and accept the following specific limitations:

AI Guardian (Personal Finance) Calculators, receipt OCR extractions, and EPF growth projections are automated mathematical estimates. They do NOT constitute professional tax preparation, licensed accounting, or official financial advice. Verify all amounts manually before filing.

Asia Recipe Book (Kitchen Companion) Recipes and cooking steps are provided for general culinary interest. We do not provide clinical dietary programs, certified allergen monitoring, or medical health diagnostics. Always check raw ingredients for food safety.

Kerala / Vietnam / Thailand / Malaysia Life (Travel Guides) Itineraries, homestay contacts, landmark guides, and local cultural event listings are curated for informational use. Guardia AI does not guarantee the availability, licensing, quality, safety, or legal compliance of indexed businesses or local homestays.

Guardia Chat (Private Messaging) Messaging services are provided on a sandboxed device-local database model. You are responsible for preserving backups of important messages. We do not inspect or filter user-generated messages and are not liable for communication behaviors between users.

Guardia Translator (Voice Translation) Vocal dialect translations (English, Malay, Chinese, Tamil) are machine-generated approximations. They may fail to capture correct local nuances, specialized jargon, or contextual idioms. Do not rely on translations for critical legal, official, or medical settings.

Acceptable Use & Responsibilities

You agree to use our apps solely for lawful purposes. You must not upload copyrighted receipts, photos, or media that do not belong to you, nor attempt to reverse-engineer our local database structures or overload our API backend.

Limitation of Liability

Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Guardia AI is not liable for financial losses, tax preparation filing errors, travel safety incidents, dining/allergic reactions, message losses, or translation errors resulting from reliance on our mobile apps.
