Application Troubleshooting Guides
• Compound Projections: Calculations are mathematical interest estimations based on manual inputs. Double-check your entered rates and EPF metrics.
• Voice Timers: Grant microphone permissions if using voice commands to control the steps while cooking.
• Stale Event Dates: Our directories are updated monthly. If an event or homestay contact is incorrect, please flag it to our email desk.
Data & Account Deletion Requests
If you wish to delete your beta lead registration data, email notifications list, or request guidance on completely wiping your local mobile database, please contact our support desk:

Wiping requests are processed within 48 hours. Wiping your local app data in Settings will immediately erase all client-side databases.
