This page helps users get support for Guardian voice, spending records, receipt and invoice scanning, subscriptions, contacts, settings, privacy, and app-store issues. Before public launch, replace the placeholder support contact with your final support email and company information.

Include the device type, app version, operating system version, feature used, visible error message, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send passwords, OTP codes, card CVV numbers, full bank details, government IDs, or unnecessary personal documents.

Privacy and data requests
Users can reset local demo data in Settings. For hosted production accounts, support should offer account export, correction, deletion, and retention help. Privacy requests should include enough information to identify the account, but users should not send highly sensitive documents unless support specifically requests them through a secure process.
Safety and urgent issues
AI Guardian is not an emergency, banking, legal, or fraud-response service. For urgent fraud, stolen cards, account compromise, legal deadlines, physical safety, or financial loss, users should contact their bank, merchant, local authority, lawyer, or relevant professional directly.
Expected response times
During early access, support response times may vary. A reasonable production target is within two business days for general issues and sooner for account access, privacy, or payment problems. Add final service hours before public launch.

This support page can be used as the public Support URL in app-store metadata. The Privacy Policy page should be used as the public Privacy Policy URL. Keep both pages accessible without requiring users to log in.
